Natural fabrics last for years with a few simple habits.

Wash Cold

Cold water keeps colours bright and stops cotton shrinking. Wash darks and lights apart.

Dry in Shade

Strong sun fades colour. Dry inside out, in shade, and take pieces off the line while they are still a little damp.

Iron on the Reverse

A warm iron on the reverse side keeps prints sharp. Linen irons best while damp; its soft creases are part of its charm.
